I had a wonderful experience at Grand Hills Hotel & Spa, enjoying the stunning views and beautiful decor. While the service was mixed, with some staff being really good and others less helpful, the overall ambiance made it nice. However, the lack of cleanliness in the rooms significantly impacted my stay, and I found the dining options could use more variety.

My stay at Grand Hills Hotel & Spa had stunning views and a beautiful setting, but unfortunately, poor service and cleanliness issues really detracted from the experience. While the space itself is impressive and luxurious, the attention to detail, especially regarding housekeeping and room service, needs significant improvement. I left feeling disappointed overall, despite the friendly staff at the pool bar and a decent breakfast service.

The hotel boasts nice facilities like two pools, but the service around them was lacking. The indoor pool is less suitable for couples due to its crowded nature.

My stay at the Grand Hills Hotel & Spa was quite an experience. The stunning views and exquisite architecture really took my breath away. though there were some issues that made my visit less than perfect. The service staff were friendly and attentive, but my room showed signs of age and needed some renovation. Overall, it left me wanting to return to see if future stays would match the hotel's potential.

My stay at Grand Hills Hotel & Spa had its ups and downs. The amazing views of the mountains were truly nice, and the location offered a serene escape from the bustle of Beirut. However, the service was severely lacking; I often waited far too long for basic amenities like breakfast and room access, which detracted from the luxury experience I was hoping for.
